Die GastroNorm-Maße
der DIN EuroNorm 631-1
beziehen sich auf den
Referenzbehälter 1/1 mit
der Größe 530 x 325 mm.
Die Maße der Norm sind
immer Außenmaße, damit
sichergestellt ist, daß die
Behälter in die System-
einrichtungen (z.B.
Regalwagen) passen.
Alle Maßangaben in mm.
Die Größen 1/18, 1/12, 2/24 sind bislang noch nicht in der EN 631-1 aufgeführt worden.
Gastronorm dimensions

and relate to the basic
1/1 full size module
of 530 x 325 mm.
Measurements are
always external, so that
one can be certain, that
the containers or trays
will fit whatever they are
put into, e.g. gastronorm
trolleys.
All measurements are in mm.
The following sizes do not yet form part of the EN 631-1 standard: 1/18, 1/12, 2/24.
