Silikon-Backformen
Silicone Bakeware
Die Backformen (2 mm Silikon) und
Backmatten (1,5 mm Silikon) sind extrem
strapazierfähig und langlebig.
Das terrakottafarbene Silikon ist formstabil,
geschmacks- und geruchsneutral.
Es ist geeignet für Backofen, Mikrowelle und
den Gefrierschrank (temperaturbeständig von
-60°C bis +230°C).
Durch die gute Antihafteigenschaft von
Silikon lassen sich alle Backwaren ohne
vorheriges Einfetten herauslösen.
Die Backformen sind absolut hygienisch.
Zur Reinigung genügt in der Regel ein
Ausspülen mit warmen Wasser.
Der HACCP-Standard ist erfüllt, da die
Produkte spülmaschinenfest sind.
This range can be used in the oven, under
the grill on perforated trays, in the microwave
and in all types of freezers.
These items are ideal for preparing sweets,
savouries chocolate and terrines. The high
conductivity of the
pure food-specific silicone guarantees soft
perfectly browned results and its
natural flexibility and non-stick properties
ensure quick easy turning out without having
to wait and without waste.
They can be washed very simply with a jet of
warm water using a sponge, or in the
dishwasher.
If correctly used, they will last longer than
traditional tins and moulds.
